Hi everyone! My name is Akhila Pullela and I am from Hoffman Estates, Illinois. I am a freshman pursuing a B.S in Biochemistry with a certificate in Global Health on the pre-medicine track. In my free time, I love taking walks outside (when the weather is nice of course!), traveling, going to cafes and coffee shops, and watching Netflix (my favorite genres are action and comedy!). I am passionate about raising cardiac health awareness and was drawn to Cardiac on Campus for the organization's profound positive impact on the community, through the ECG drives and other events, to achieve this goal. I also have an interest in fundraising, as I've pursued several fundraising campaigns and events throughout high school, and I am excited to contribute to advancing the organization's goals as the Fundraising Chair!​
